Creative Thinking for Complex Problem Solving with Dan Levy - CORE Hub & Spacecubed Perth

Event description

Harness critical thinking frameworks to develop sustainable solutions for your business

Innovation is a team sport. Maintaining competitiveness is increasingly challenging to meet the needs of customers and the demands of industry. Many of us are stuck in the day to day – the ability to innovate and develop creative new ideas can seem out of reach.

The tools of design thinking provide an effective way to change your perspective to understand the needs of your customers and stakeholders. Which enables you to experiment with new and innovative ideas to move from problems to possibilities.

What to expect

CORE Hub Perth and Spacecubed are excited to partner with Dan Levy for this 2 hour session that will help you reframe how your organisation tackles problems that quickly gain stakeholder buy-in and customer alignment. You will be guided through a hands-on and highly interactive session where Dan will present ways to stimulate critical and creative thinking for collaborative problem solving. All our methods are repeatable and easy to implement.

In the session we will:

  1. Introduce the principles of design thinking and its value to critical thinking.
  2. Challenge the way you collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders and across teams.
  3. Share a process for prototyping and testing to quickly learn if you are focusing your efforts on the problems worth solving.

This session is NOT for those wanting to sit back and listen. This workshop is for those who want to learn by doing, so come prepared to work hard in an intense, hands-on, supportive setting.
