Do you have a dream or a goal you want to make a reality?

Are you getting frustrated and overwhelmed because you don’t know what steps you need to take to manifest your desires?

Creative visualisation combines guided visualisation with artistic expression so that you can produce an image which overtime will slowly begin to unfold into your conscious life.

Many life and sports coaches have been using creative visualisation for years.

Infusing images with positive thoughts and affirmations makes the process very powerful. 

It is important to stress that changes will occur suddenly, maybe over weeks, months or years but eventually with dedication to the process you will achieve your desired outcome.

The process is like planting a seed, tending it and nurturing it and encouraging it to grow. 

The rate of the growth depends on many factors. 

If the seed is your goal, depending on how you look after it, will depend upon the outcome.

About This Class:

We will begin with a guided relaxation meditation to help us enter into a meditative state for connecting to our imaginative self and our creative energy.

Followed by some time transferring imagery from our unconscious mind in an artistic manner onto paper.

You will leave the workshop with an image that represents a dream or a goal for you to reflect and meditate upon and to watch it unfold in your life.

What you will need:

A3 paper and any art materials of your choice

Who is this class for?

Anyone over the age of 16.

Artistic ability is not essential.
