Creative Wellbeing at Work | Mental Health Month LUNCH Workshop Series
Description
Pause. Create. Reconnect.
When was the last time you stepped away from your screen, meetings, emails and to-do list — and gave yourself a moment to pause?
This Mental Health Month, Wellbeing Art Therapy invites Melbourne professionals to Creative Wellbeing at Work — a four-part lunchtime workshop series designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore practical ways to support your wellbeing at work and beyond.
Each 45-minute session combines expressive art therapy, guided creative activities and gentle reflection around a different workplace wellbeing theme.
This isn't an art class, and you don't need to be "creative" or know how to draw.
Come exactly as you are.
We'll provide the materials, guidance and space to create.
🎨 What to expect
These are small-group, guided creative wellbeing sessions, facilitated in a warm, supportive environment.
You won't be asked to make "good art", interpret anyone else's artwork or share anything you would prefer to keep private.
You are welcome to simply create, reflect and enjoy the experience.
No artistic experience required.
Whether you haven't picked up an art material since school or you create regularly, you're equally welcome.
All art materials are provided.
