Creative Wellness and Art Therapy Workshop

Join us for another round of the creative wellness workshop! Guests will be encouraged to engage in various projects that feed their souls. You can bring a project you’ve been working on at home, or use some of the materials provided or sold at the studio to create whatever is calling you. Snacks will be provided. We will begin the class with some light stretches, a short poem will be read for us to reflect on, and guests will be able to channel their emotions into their personal creative projects. We will have an open discussion at the end for those who’d like to share their art!
