Event description

Guests are welcome to bring their own supplies but Sarah will also have some materials at hand. This is an individually paced creative workshop! We will do some light stretches to begin, and open the class with a short poem to begin our artistic reflection and quiet our minds as we delve into our creative projects. This is akin to an art therapy session, so for anyone looking to get in touch with their inner artist, this event may be for you! Refreshments will be provided.
