Creative Writing: Developing Deep Characters with Liliane (Online)
Event description
People are multi-‘layered’ and when we read, we want these people to be as nuanced, flawed and multifaceted as we are.
In this class we will explore all those layers, from outward appearance to deepest values and secrets. By studying the character you are most familiar with, you will gain insights into how to construct rich and compelling fictional characters. You’ll take away useful tools you can use forever.
Come prepared to write and explore ideas! What will we cover?
This creative writing session will guide you through a series of writing exercises designed to help you create compelling fictional characters through an in-depth exploration of ‘character’ itself.ÂWhat to bringÂ
