Event description
Barry is heading our way from South East Gippsland to teach us all things cheese!
Come along and join for a half day adventure of cheese making (catch is you would have to choose between soft or hard cheese) Or join us for the whole day. (Most will choose this option)
9 am till 12 pm - Make hard chesses
These include
Cheddar - Think great for sandwiches
Cottage - Think toast topper or omelets
Halloumi - Fry it up and add lemon juice
Mozzarella - Pizza and pasta yum
Single Class $160
LUNCH TIME 12 pm - 1 pm If you are booked for both classes a toasted sandwich will be provided.
1 pm till 4 pm - Make soft cheeses
These include
Camembert - Cheese platter
Danish blue - Cheese platter
Feta - Spanakopita or salads
Ricotta - Could even make a sweet cake
Single Class $160
Take home up to 1 kilogram of cheese at completion and be ready to make cheese in your own home.
Both Classes $290
