Crew Party | Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race 2026 | Sydney Race Village Event

It's the biggest night on the Sydney Hobart calendar, and you're invited.

The Crew Party is the night the sailing community comes together. Crews, mates and families gather to toast the year's biggest race in true Sydney style, with the Rolex Sydney Hobart fleet lined up just metres away.

• 5:00pm – 9:00pm: DJ in the Sydney Village

• 5:00pm – 9:00pm: Open-air photo booth. Grab your crew and take home a souvenir of the night.

• 9:00pm – late: Baker Boys Band live in the Rani Room

Food and drinks are available to purchase on the night.

Tickets are essential. Pre-book for a simple entry on the day.

• Is food and drink included? No. Food stations and bars will be open throughout the night, with food and drinks available to purchase.

• Can I bring my family? Yes. Crews, mates and families are all welcome.

• Can I register my whole crew? Yes. Register each crew member individually so we can ticket accordingly.

• Photography: A photographer and photo booth will be on site, and images may be used in CYCA and Rolex Sydney Hobart communications.
