Crisis Communications
Description
When something goes wrong, the way an organisation communicates can make a significant difference to what happens next.
This practical workshop will help social enterprises prepare for potential communications crises and respond with greater confidence when problems arise. We’ll look at what to say, who needs to hear it, how quickly to respond, how to handle media and social media attention, and how to balance transparency with accuracy.
Participants will also work through a realistic scenario and begin developing a simple crisis communications checklist.

His approach is practical and commercially focused: helping organisations make better use of limited resources, reach the right audiences and build more sustainable models for growth.
