In this presentation, you will gain the knowledge, direction, and tools necessary to start sharing your intentions with those who matter the most and how to make the tough conversations easier to ensure that your requests are understood and honored.

Ruth Cohen, MSW worked with elders and their families for over 40 years. After working as a mental health therapist and geriatric care manager, Ruth has incredible insight and understanding of the stresses and concerns expressed by those who are growing older, their families, and caregivers. Ruth’s special interests include ethical issues in caregiving, end-of-life quality, and communication in families. Although Ruth recently retired from active practice, she remains committed to improving the lives of elders and their families.
