The RELAUNCH BLAST-OFF of Colorado Radio for Justice!

Join us for the RELAUNCH BLAST-OFF of COLORADO RADIO FOR JUSTICE!

On April 15, 2025, hosted by the studios at Denver's Youth on Record, we'll gather with you and our friends from across the state to Push The Big Red Button, relaunching our 24/7 broadcast and resuming our weekly release of original podcasts!

There'll be food, live music, stories... and the relaunch of a one-of-a-kind media organization. We're thrilled to be emerging out of our past work as Inside Wire: Colorado Prison Radio.

The event is FREE. You can help us during our final push to relaunch, by making a donation here!

Any contribution helps. We're setting a goal of securing 75 Sustaining / Monthly Supporters by Relaunch Day. Will you be one of them?

Your tax-deductible contribution supports our music shows, original narrative and talk shows, our news shows, our apprenticeship and on-the-job training programs for our system-impacted hosts and producers, and our studio+community gathering space in downtown Denver.

When and where is this happening?

Tuesday, April 15, 5:30-9:00pm. At 7:00pm, we'll press The Big Red Button, and we'll back on the air! Hosted by Youth on Record, 1301 West 10th Avenue. (Note: please be sure to include ‘West’ and ‘Avenue’ in your Maps app!)

Where can I park?

There’s street parking readily available throughout the neighborhood.

What should I wear?

Come as you are! All looks are welcome. This is radio, after all. ...If you feel like glowing up with a sparkly jacket or hat, we won’t be mad about that.

Do I have to pay for a ticket?

No! This is a free community event! Please just RSVP here. ...That said, please do consider kicking in a donation to help us with this final push to relaunch! Any contribution helps. We're setting a goal of securing 75 Sustaining / Monthly Supporters by Relaunch Day. Will you be one of them?

What’s going to happen at the event?

So much great stuff!

• 5:30pm - The blast-off begins! 
• 6:15-6:45pm - A program of stories, audio excerpts, and reflections on Radio for Justice.
• 7pm - Pushing The Big Red Button: CRJ goes live on the air!
• Throughout the evening…: Live music, great food, and a silent auction
