During this workshop you will learn the secrets of a good lamination (technique to make light and fluffly danishes). You will learn how to make leavened layer dough to create famous croissant, pain au chocolat or “Chocolatine” and more!
You will learn tips and tricks to adapt professional recipes to ones you can make in the comfort of your own home and be ready for Christmas day. This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience
Please bring apron and a bag to take your baking home in.
