Word puzzle expert Paolo Pasco will speak about his experience with crosswords, before hosting a not-to-be-missed crossword tournament alongside Honi Soit editor Ariana Haghighi and Honi Soit crossword-maker Michael Smith. Crossword-solver teams can be up to 3 -- but never fear, we can put you into a group on the day!

About Paolo Pasco

Paolo Pasco is the Games Editor for LinkedIn, and regular crossword constructor for the Atlantic. He won the American Crossword Puzzle Tournament in 2024, making him the current reigning champion. He's been constructing crosswords for ten years, with work published in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and a crossword book published in 2020, among others. Outside of puzzles and games, he enjoys trivia, live comedy, and trying to maintain a Letterboxd account he can be proud of.
