Crown Chakra: Clarity & Connection

Join us for a collaborative exploration of the Crown Chakra through a combination of gentle movement, guided meditation, energy and sound healing. A space will be created for you to gain greater clarity of mind and a deeper connection to both yourself and the universe. This class is designed to help you quiet mental chatter, increase your awareness, and experience the serenity that comes from aligning with your highest self.

Event schedule:

7pm-8:30pm: We will begin with a check-in and then Dawn will guide you in feeling and tuning into your body and energetic superhighway running from your root to crown. Leah will then take you on journey to expand your awareness using sound and guided breath work. After which A-T will lead you through a gentle energy movement practice to re-awaken and re-energize you.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. 

Yoga mats & blankets will be provided, but you may bring your own things if you prefer to ensure your comfort.
