It touches on industry challenges including performance anxiety, creative blocks and the ongoing grind of social media. • Cassidy La Crème Australian national Cassidy La Crème burst onto the Malay scene in 2012 with her mega-viral YouTube cover of ‘Ombak Rindu’. She has been featured on every major TV and Radio station in Malaysia, and her captivating, high-energy performances are in high demand – seeing her fill coveted headline slots at events such as the KL Fashion Week Annual Gala (2019) and the YouTube Ad Awards (2019). She has amassed over 9 million views on YouTube and a collective social media following of over 400,000 which offers her in depth lived experience around struggling with self-worth, artistic confidence and challenges of comparison.
  
• Bree Stewart - Meet our mental health clinician, Bree! Originally born in Melbourne but raised in New Zealand, Bree was lucky enough to attend the Music & Audio Institute of New Zealand. Bree spent most of her youth drumming in punk and pop-rock bands within Auckland’s live music scene. Bree returned to Melbourne in her early twenties, over time she began to shift her professional focus to emotional wellbeing after experiencing her own lived experience of mental health challenges. During this time, she wrote for an online music magazine, “Stimulate Your Soul“. Bree has worked within digital crisis support, youth services, trauma informed support as well as consultancy positions across the health sector. She joined Music Victoria to help give back to the music community that raised her, with a focus on the collective challenges our industry has endured throughout the pandemic. Bree has recently completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy.
