*The* workshop for C-section mummas. Workshop includes postpartum information that's not commonly discussed - but should be. It doesn't matter if your C-section birth was two months ago, two years ago or 20 years ago! There's no scar age limit.
Come along and share stories. Learn about and connect with your body. Discover breathing and why it's important. Move safely to help with your abdominal separation. Learn why the shelf happens and how to reduce it.
Simple movement included in workshop, please wear comfy clothing. We won't be working up a sweat, but we will be connecting to our bodies

Your presenter Amy is a Clinical Myotherapist with 7+ years of personal training experience working with female populations, as well as a nutrition coach. Amy's passion is educating women on their bodies, what they're capable of, and that it's OK to feel whatever you feel - there's support and education available.
No babysitter? No worries - kids and babies welcome!
