CST Australia AGM 2025 - Hybrid Event - Teams and University of Canberra

In accordance with Division 4.4 Section 68 of the Associations Incorporation Act 1991 (ACT), Cognitive Stimulation Therapy Australia Incorporated will hold its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday 21 November 2025 at 6pm.

The meeting will be held both in person (University of Canberra) and online (Teams).

The agenda is:

1. Welcome and Acknowledgement of Country (Chair)

2. Opening statements (President)

3. Presentation of a 2025 statement of accounts and profit or loss (Treasurer)

4. A report about the 2025 committee membership and principal activities (Secretary)

5. Election of a committee for 2026 (Chair) - President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Ordinary Committee Members (up to 3)

6. Other business

7. Close

Nominations for committee positions for 2026 are invited from members of CST Australia and must be submitted to the Secretary, CST Australia (info@cstaustralia.com) by 5pm AEDT on
5 November 2025.
