CT Men's Circle
Event description
A space for men to gather, share what’s real, and be heard—without judgment or pressure. Come as you are. Monthly in Brunswick.
Come sit with us.
This isn’t group therapy.
It’s not a workshop.
There’s no pressure to open up.
It’s a men’s circle, just a group of men and masc-identifying folks sitting in a room together, showing up as we are.
We talk about whatever’s on our minds, life, work, mental health, relationships, dreams, struggles, the stuff we’re not always given space to say out loud.
You can share if you want.
Or you can just listen.
How it works:
Group size: up to 15 people
Monthly, in Brunswick East
We begin with an Acknowledgement of Country
Then we go over some simple ground rules
Ground rules:
When someone is sharing, we stay silent. No “hmms”, no interruptions—just space to speak.
After sharing, you say what you’d like from the group: advice, shared experiences, just a nod and move on. You’re in control.
No direct questions unless invited. We stick to what’s been asked for.
Everything shared stays in the room. If something sticks with you, you can debrief with one person (no names), or speak to the facilitator.
This circle is for all men, trans and cis, and for anyone who identifies as masc. You don’t need to be “good at talking”, or have it all figured out.
Just come as you are.
