The Workshop is designed to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of how the container logistics chain really works in practice:

Who are the major stakeholders and how do they interact?
What is driving operational behaviours in the supply chain?
How does the flow of information affect the physical movement of containers?
What do optimal supply chains (import / export) look like, and what happens in practice?
How will we meet the challenges of an efficient & productive supply chain as container volumes grow?
How do you minimise delays and avoid added costs?
What is the future for road and rail interfaces with container stevedores, empty container parks, landside transport operators and customers in WA?

The Workshop includes:

Professional delivery on key concepts and the practical realities of container logistics
Workshop Booklet for reference
