Josh is the Head of Labs at LUNA and brings years of experience supporting early-stage startups from idea to investment, from his experience as a startup lawyer, to building programs to help founders succeed.

As Senior Startup Lawyer at LUNA, Belinda’s expertise covers a broad range of legal needs with a particular focus on investment and employee incentivisation. She has previously worked at Clayton Utz and BlackRock Investment Management, specialising in general commercial law, corporate governance and private M&A.
