An interactive and soulful afternoon with Vijeta Uppal, Ayurvedic Health and Wellness Coach and founder of Aikyam Wellbeing Coaching, sharing the ancient yet timeless wisdom of Ayurveda to support a more balanced and conscious life in today’s fast-paced world.

What is Ayurveda?


Ayurveda is an ancient, holistic science of life that originated in India. It teaches how to align with the rhythms of nature—through lifestyle, food, daily routine, sleep, and regulating energy—to restore and maintain balance in body, mind, and spirit.

This mindful session includes:

  • A gentle guided meditation, mantra, and breathing techniques

  • Ayurvedic wisdom on processing life experiences and supporting good health

  • Insights into how Ayurvedic Health and Wellness Coaching can support your wellbeing journey

  • A chance to win wellness gifts worth $200 in a lucky draw

  • Light, nourishing refreshments
