Just like a garden, our psyche needs care and stewardship. It needs watering, nourishment, and cultivating to bloom and yield fruit.
This intimate two-hour gathering invites you to nurture your inner landscape through creative exploration and reflection. Whether setting intentions for the year ahead or simply seeking a moment of creative self-discovery, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space to connect with your inner wisdom.
About the Experience:

Age 18+. No artistic experience is required! All materials will be provided.
Wear comfortable clothing for sitting on a floor cushion.
About the Facilitator:
Jasmin’s diverse career path, spanning roles in community settings and beyond, has fostered a deep empathy towards the unique human experience and a strong desire to support others. This journey led her to pursue an Advanced Diploma in Transpersonal Therapy (Art Therapy) at the College of Complimentary Medicines. As a registered ANZACATA member and an aspiring Meditation Association of Australia member, Jasmin is dedicated to providing holistic and compassionate care, drawing upon her creative spirit and commitment to ongoing professional development.
Transpersonal Art Therapy offers an enriching and holistic approach to well-being, addressing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. By engaging in creative expression, individuals can gain deeper insights into themselves.
