Cultivating Creativity Circles
Event description
I’m going to host 5 monthly gatherings, beginning in April, where humans can come together for 2 hours in an eve to share in creative play, exploration & expression. These sessions will hopefully provide a community, a sanctuary, and act as a reminder to stay committed to our creative endeavours.
Each month will focus on different things, depending on what seems to be called for by participants (a co-creation of sorts). Each month we will get the chance to share our creations, practicing being seen & heard and also practicing the sacred act of Seeing & Listening.🌈
You can purchase a ticket (for one or all sessions) or just join the patreon depending on your financial circumstance. This is a gesture toward symbiosis. To sharing the joys & struggles of living. To honouring the integration & expression of the life experience through word, picture, sound, colour, song, prayer, silence…To sharing all of this, helping each other to grow & thrive. This is also a gesture of the middle-finger up to the capitalist, industrialist mentality that keeps us from taking/receiving time to REST & to PLAY. To JUST BE! Let’s Just Be for a few hours can we please?! Ok, cool.
All are welcome. No prior creative expressive experience needed. No expectation to be or do anything during sessions…you could just come, out of curiosity, and observe at a distance if you wanted, you could sleep through the whole thing…🌈
