How can we better prepare students for a rapidly changing world? This interactive workshop explores how play-based approaches can help foster the mindsets and capabilities students need to thrive — including creativity, resilience, and a willingness to take initiative. Facilitated by Sabrina Nagel, an experienced entrepreneurship educator and researcher, the session draws on her work with startup founders, educators, and students. A former advisor at AUT Ventures and co-founder of Ako School, Sabrina recently completed her thesis on schools that cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets.

Key Takeaways:

  • Understand the link between play, entrepreneurial mindset, and future readiness

  • Gain insights from research findings

  • Learn how to create a school environment that nurtures entrepreneurial thinking

  • Overcome the fear of failure and build a culture of innovation

  • Use practical tools like the Entrepreneurial Canvas to begin applying what you learn

This session is suitable for:

  • Educators (teachers and principals) interested in developing entrepreneurial skills in their school

  • Educators who may be skeptical but open to exploring new ways of teaching and learning

Join us to explore, question, and reimagine what learning can look like.

Spots are limited – early registration is recommended.
