Join us for a thoughtfully designed free workshop to assist community leaders and workers who work with and support multicultural communities. The workshop will be presented by Financial Counselling Victoria in collaboration with Cultura.

  • Anyone assisting multicultural communities to build their financial resilience against the impacts of disasters and unexpected events

  • People interested in helping their community prepare for unexpected financial challenges

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

  • Practical information about how banks and insurance work in Australia

  • How to have safe financial conversations with community members

  • What community members should do when buying insurance and making an insurance claim after an accident or disaster

  • How to refer community members to free, independent help for further assistance
