Nakurami Kondoli Whale Lookout to The Bluff Cultural Hike
Description
Join our Ngarrindjeri-Kaurna facilitator for a guided hike from Kings Beach to The Bluff and return following the Victor Harbor Heritage Trail. The experience begins with a Smoking Ceremony to cleanse the space, before setting out along the trail where your guide will share stories of our ancestral beings, Ngurunderi and Kondoli.
Along the journey, you’ll also get the opportunity to learn about native plants, colonial history, seasonal movements, and resource management practices. This walk offers an opportunity to explore the layered history of the region, whilst deepening your understanding of the ongoing connection that Ngarrindjeri maintain with Country today.
