Cultural Walk along the Birrarung
Event description
Join us for an exciting event to connect with culture and country at one of Banyule's amazing natural and cultural hotspots, Banyule Flats and the Birrarung.
During this event, you will be guided on a walk by Wurundjeri Educators Chris Hume and Joe Costello around Banyule Flats and the Birrarung learning about traditional land management practices and the importance of Wurundjeri culture.
At the end, you will be treated to some delicious catering and have the chance to reflect on an amazing event.

What to bring
Please dress in appropriate clothing/footwear/hats, bring some sunscreen and drinking water.
Accessibility
Please keep in mind that the guided walks will take approximately 2 hours to complete and some of the walking tracks may be uneven and potentially muddy.
