Over the past six months, these future community leaders have taken part in a transformative personal leadership journey, supported by their dedicated Community Coaches. Along the way, they have grown in confidence and resilience, achieved meaningful personal goals, and applied practical leadership principles to strengthen their thinking, habits and contribution to others.

Max Potential is one of Australia’s longest-running youth leadership development programs, supporting high school students to grow in confidence, self-leadership and community impact.

Over 22 weeks, young people are matched with trained volunteer Community Coaches from local businesses and the wider community. Together, they take part in one-on-one coaching, practical leadership workshops and a Community Service Project that encourages them to identify a real local need and take action.

Max Potential helps young people build resilience, purpose, communication skills and positive habits — while creating meaningful connections between schools, families, community leaders and local organisations.

Through every program, we aim to develop young people who know themselves, lead themselves well, and use their strengths to make a difference in their community.
