• Is this a dating service?

  Nope! This is strictly platonic. Think blind date, but make it friendship. 💕 There’s no romantic expectation—just two people meeting with the possibility of becoming friends or connecting in whatever way feels genuine.

• How does it work?

  1. Buy your ticket to a Curated Connections experience.

  2. Complete your friendship application at checkout so we can get to know you.

  3. We curate your match based on compatibility, interests, personality, and what you’re looking for in a friendship.

  4. Meet your match! You’ll receive information about your connection and how/where to meet.

  5. See what happens! Maybe you become besties. Maybe you become coffee buddies. Maybe you simply meet someone new. There’s no pressure.

• How do you all decide who to match me with?

  We look beyond simply matching people based on age or hobbies. We consider things like personality, interests, communication style, lifestyle, social preferences, and the type of friendship you’re hoping to build.

• Will I know anything about my match(es) beforehand?

  You’ll receive enough information to feel comfortable meeting them, while keeping some of the fun of the blind-date experience!

• Where will we meet?

  Your first meeting will take place at a designated public location based on you & your match’s location, preferences, and schedule! Virtual meet-up’s can be arranged as well.

• What if I’m introverted or have social anxiety?

  That’s okay! You don’t have to be the most outgoing person in the room to make a meaningful connection. In fact, Curated Connections is designed to make meeting new people feel a little less intimidating.

• What if I don’t click with my match?

  That’s okay, too! Not every connection becomes a friendship—and that’s not a failure. The goal is to create opportunities to meet people you may not have crossed paths with otherwise.

• Can I request a specific type of friend?

  Yes! Your application at checkout gives you the opportunity to tell us what you’re looking for, including interests, personality, communication style, availability, and what you’d love to do with a new friend.

• Can I participate more than once?

  Absolutely! Each experience gives you the opportunity to meet someone new. Each registration fee gets you 1 match set-up, but you can add more to the cart if you’d like multiple matches! You can also always come back later to sign up again. Who knows, you may even discover that your friendship “type” isn’t what you expected.

• Do you all guarantee that I’ll make a new friend?

  No—and we don’t want to promise something we can’t control. What we CAN promise is that we’ll put thought and intention into creating a potentially meaningful introduction.

• Is there an age requirement?

  Yes, adults only please! 18+.

• Is my information kept private?

  Your application information is used to help curate your match and coordinate the experience. We won’t share personal information beyond what is necessary to facilitate your connection.
