Anna will share simple and powerful Authentic Relating practices in this gentle and safely-held class container.

The term “Exploding Universes” refers to the ways in which Curiosity can shift our perception, seemingly in an instant - very simply, but very radically open us into new worlds and new possibilities. 

Curiosity can transform conflict and tension caused by barriers. Dropping into Curiosity involves releasing our judgements, assumptions and the categorising of another. 

Curiosity gives us access to be able to really enter another’s world ...to enjoy diving into another’s world with open arms, and to experience the potential that has to expand our own selves. We start to feel the possibility of creation together. A connective force.

"Exploding Universes …led with love and care" speaks to the transformative nature of this Authentic Relating skillset, which is really an embodiment of love. (Another one! There's so many in AR!) A desire to know another, a love of life, an embracing of self and other, with courage to be open to the new.

It’s an exciting, energising skillset, that can feel incredibly beautiful and intimate. 

Curiosity cocoons someone in the most delicious feeling of attention and of the desire to be known. 

And creates a precious, enlivening and sometimes rapturous, thread of connection.

Some of us have been brought up with various societal constructs around the etiquette or appropriateness of Curiosity. In this class, we’re going to access this portal of Curiosity within us, so that we can more easily access it when we’re out in our daily lives - when we want to open ourselves beyond the limitations that we may have habitually put into place. Curiosity is a beautiful tool to tap into and break open those walls that we do put up. 

Let's bathe in Curiosity! It’s a way of feeding our soul.

With 2.5 decades of experience as a facilitator leading groups into play, discussion and creativity together, Anna has a passion for supporting people into delightful and fruitful interaction with themselves and others. Anna has been practicing Authentic Relating for 10 years and facilitating AR for 5 years. She is a practicing counsellor, somatic therapist and artist.
