Curious By Nature - Spray Bottle Leaf Art

Friends of Hauberg Civic Center Foundation is proud to present Curious By Nature at Hauberg Estate!  Curious By Nature is our STEAM-based, nature focused children's programming that is hosted on the 10-acre grounds of Hauberg Estate in Rock Island, IL.

Wednesday, May 7th from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM register your kids to come to Hauberg Estate to participate in our Spray Bottle Leaf Art class!  Students will be led on a brief hike around the Estate where they will collect several leaves that catch their interest and also learn the skills for identifying the type of tree they are looking at.  Afterwards, they will be led back to the Carriage House where they will take their newly collected leaves and make a piece of artwork using paint!  Space is limited so register soon to secure your spot!

Parents will need to provide necessary emergency contact information when registering their children for this event, this is done during the checkout process.  Parents will also be required to complete a Consent for Medical Emergency Treatment and Medical Information form and submit it to Friends of Hauberg.  After registering, you will receive this form via email and can submit it to coordinator@haubergcenter.org.  This form will need to be completed and returned to Friends of Hauberg the Monday before the class is scheduled (May 5th, 2025).
