Cutting & Styling for Curl Expression

Aeleise Ollarvia: Tight Curl Cutting + Styling Short to Medium Length

Loni Jean: Medium to Long Curly Cutting + Styling

Together, Aeleise and Loni will guide you through intentional cutting techniques that support curl alignment, shape, and

movement—bringing presence to every curl, coil, and wave. You’ll learn how to celebrate texture while creating

harmony and balance through customized, client-centered approaches.

Day 2: Monday, October 6 | 9 AM – 5 PM

Color & Cutting with Curl Integrity in Mind

JC Dobson: Curly Color & Styling for Tight Curls

Aaron Scott Lacy: Cutting & Styling for Wavy Hair Types

This day is dedicated to the art of curl-safe coloring and refined curl cutting across a range of patterns. Learn how to

lighten with intention, place color where curls live and move, and work with the natural landscape of texture—never

against it. You’ll leave with the confidence and clarity to color and cut curls without compromise.
