Event description

Strategic planning for educational leaders
Practical tools. Expert guidance. A clear plan for the future of your kura.

It’s strategic planning time again!

Two years ago, we supported over 200 principals with the tools and guidance they needed to bring their school communities’ visions to life. We dedicated hundreds of hours working alongside principals and leadership teams,  and facilitating Board hui to ensure meaningful and effective strategic planning. This time around, we want to empower more Principals with the skills and confidence to lead strategic change in their kura.

Join us for the strategic planning for educational leaders programme - a six-month, high-impact experience designed specifically for Principals and School leaders who want practical tools and strategic clarity to lead their kura with confidence.

What you will gain
By the end of the programme, you will have:

  • A clear consultation plan to engage students, staff, whānau, the board, and key stakeholders
  • Tools to support and guide meaningful conversations and consultation
  • The ability to analyse stakeholder data to inform decision-making
  • A structured approach and tools to work with your Board and Staff
  • A Strategic Plan on a Page – a concise, actionable strategic roadmap
