Cut the Fluff and Dance
Event description
Ladies,
we're back for take two! Revised and refined!
and we can't wait to be our wonderful wacky truthful selves together with you! This is a place to know and feel yourself!
Underneath, underneath, underneath...
Cut the fluff is about dropping in deeply to our layers, bringing all of our facets to the dance and creating a space of full permission. We’ll be diving into the darker spaces, the weirder spaces, calling forth the wild within.
You can expect a guided sequence of science backed yogic practises involving breathwork, sounding and movement curated to drop out of the noise, regulate your nervous system and connect with your subconscious. We create grounded safety in the body to then open and release into an expansive dance space.
In the safety of a women’s only space lets remove our masks, get real and find some freedom from the stories and impositions we have upon us.
The why?
This event is crafted in response to the need for safe places for our bigness, our wild, our feels, our shadow, as well as our bliss and our joy. Whilst learning and practising the tools to hold ourselves in the discomforts and tensions that we’re ready to shift. It's a balm for suppression and a medicine for the unheard. It’s healing through permission, embodied knowing and authentic expression.
Who is this for?
This is for you if you spend too much time being ruled by the mind and want to bring back the balance to mind body connection.
This is for you if you’d like to deepen your connection to dance and embodied practises.
This is for you if you want to understand the healing tools you have within yourself.
This is for you if you have a voice or a wild that doesn't have a safe place to express (this is all of us btw).
This is for you if you want to feel part of a community of other women exploring who they are.
This is for you if you are curious about the unknown.
