Event description

Our friends from Squid Ink Press will be hosting a special cyanotype workshop for kids these school holidays at Bayley Arts.

Cyanotypes are an early form of photography using a photo sensitive coating on paper and fabric and exposing it to a UV light source. This is a fun and accessible workshop for kids 7yrs to 12yrs. Students will engage with nature, explore texture, light and composition and will have the chance to create several prints on paper and their very own tote bag to bring home.

  • An apron or art smock

This is a children's only workshop aged 7yrs to 12yrs.
