Prawn and Mango Salad Chilled prawns tossed with juicy mango, avocado, and a light citrus dressing.
Antipasto Platter A vibrant array of marinated vegetables, grilled artichokes, olives, cured meats, and a selection of dips, served with crispy lavosh
Kingfish Carpaccio ponzu dressing & finger lime

Main Course – Carvery Station
Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast Juicy turkey breast roasted with fresh herbs, served with a cranberry-orange relish.
Maple-Glazed Ham Succulent ham with a sweet maple glaze and a hint of mustard, garnished with pineapple slices.
Grilled Vegetable and Halloumi Skewers (V) Skewers of grilled zucchini, bell peppers, and halloumi cheese, marinated in a Mediterranean herb blend.
