Cyclesense road safety workshops
Event description
Cyclesense road safety workshops are running as part of the 120 ways to be road safe around Bicton Primary School event.
These workshops help participants develop ‘The Skills of Bike Riding on Shared Paths and Roads’.
The workshop is targeted at children aged 6 to 12 with a goal of developing the skills and knowledge required to travel independently by bike.
The session is conducted by Cyclesense's AusCycling accredited instructors.
Two sessions will be run:
- 11am–12noon
- 12noon–1pm
There will be two groups at each session:
- years 1 to 3
- years 4 to 6
Meet on the basketball courts with a working bike, helmet and water bottle.
Participants need to ride independently on 2 wheels.
