Travel instructions

For those driving to the festival please pre purchase your carpark pass before traveling to Cygnet and have it ready to show at the entry to the Festival Carpark which is located behind Cygnet Town Hall. For Saturday and Sunday ticket holders we are again offering a bus service from Hobart via Huonville.

Entry instructions

All ticket holders must go to the Box Office located in Tin Pan Alley (St. James College quadrangle) on arrival. Show the QR code on your ticket/s where it will be scanned and you will receive your wristband/s. If you are collecting a Vehicle Pass (for use in the festival campground) then you must know your vehicle registration number. For accessible parking close to Tin Pan Alley park on George St in an accessible parking space (you will be stopped by a traffic marshal and asked to display your accessible parking permit), use the ramp located at the top of Loongana Park to access Tin Pan Alley. Please do not leave your vehicle on George st as there are limited accessible parking spaces provided here.

Accessible parking

Mary St, in front of the Library (available after 5PM on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday) Mary St Car Park - ask the traffic control volunteers at the entrance to provide access George St - behind St. James Catholic College - ask the traffic control volunteers to provide access You must display your accessible parking permit when using these parking spaces. The carpark located behind Town Hall is also a good option as it is in the centre of town and easily accessible.
