In this 3 hour workshop we will look at cylinder theory and how it can improve your performance on many levels.
It is a relatively easy theory to understand, but as with anything worthwhile, not so easy to own.This workshop will not only improve your martial skill but also your quality of movement in sport and your everyday life.

You will learn to:

* Move better

* Become quicker

* Become more fluid

* Become more balanced

* Improve your efficiency and effectiveness

* Be more effective against others physical force

* Plus much more....I know it's pretty bloody cool : )

This workshop is open to those with no experience, those with decades of experience, and everyone in-between. It really doesn't even matter if you're not interested in the martial arts at all. It's about understanding how you can move better and perform at a higher level.
