In the shadowed streets of Londonia's abandoned 9 Bells District, strange happenings have plagued the area, with rumors of ancient rituals and blood cults rising once more. The players are tasked with investigating the notorious "bell tower", uncovering the sinister secrets buried beneath the district's cobbled streets, and putting an end to the malevolent force that threatens to plunge Londonia into chaos.
