Step into a world where the music is timeless, the energy is electric, and the dance floor is a place of pure joy!

Devoted to Disco is more than just a nightclub event - it’s a community-focused celebration of life, love and the golden era of disco. Designed for people who love to dance, you can expect iconic 70s and 80s disco anthems, a friendly crowd, and a dance floor that feels joyful, welcoming, and full of heart. It is the inspired creation of London-born, Sydney-based recording artist, singer, and disco diva Clio.

“I’ve spent the last few years performing at and visiting various club nights and events in Sydney and I haven’t found one that truly satisfies my disco-loving soul, so I decided to create it myself! My dream for Devoted to Disco is to uplift and unite all ages, persuasions and walks of life on the dance floor under a disco ball. I want to create a safe space where everyone can feel inspired to be themselves. Expect a night of non-stop 70s & 80s disco classics - no house music, just glitter, good vibes and the timeless grooves that make you sing out loud and dance till you drop.”

ONE YEAR OF DEVOTION 🪩

Can you believe it? Devoted to Disco is turning ONE!? And what better way to celebrate our first year than with a big, glittering Christmas disco?

Join us for our 1 Year Anniversary Christmas Party on Saturday 19th December at Universal Sydney in Darlinghurst. We’ll be taking over the upstairs Super Club for a very special night of disco, dancing, drag, live singing and festive fabulousness.

It’s our chance to celebrate one whole year of Devoted to Disco, and YOU - the beautiful community that has made it what it is. So gather your disco family, dust off your sequins and come celebrate with us before Christmas. There’ll be plenty of room to dance, plenty of reasons to get merry, and absolutely no shortage of sparkle.

One year. Countless disco classics. One very special celebration. 🥂🪩🎄

FAQ

What should I wear?
This is your time to shine! Devoted to Disco isn’t a costume party - it’s a celebration of self-expression. Wear whatever makes you feel fabulous. Full 70s glam is most definitely welcome but never required… though sequins and sparkles always earn bonus points ✨

Is there a minimum age limit?
While we know disco music is for all ages and we would love to dance with everyone, this Devoted to Disco is an 18+ event because it is held at a licensed venue. 🥂

Will there be professional photography and videography?
Yes, there will be professional photographers and videographers roaming around and getting some fabulous content that we will share with you via our facebook page and website. 📸
