Treat your body and mind to a delicious wood fired sauna, followed by a foot (or body) massage and a cup of herbal tea at the end of your walking day. 

We are located at the South end of Ocean Beach on-site at the "Te Whara Campsite"

Bookings recommended for guaranteed spot. Price includes fresh sauna towel for sitting on. Bring your own towel for shower afterwards.

All attendees required to take a shower prior to entering sauna.
