Dacelo Distilling is proudly show-casing Sunshine Coast's local produce and native culinary delights in an intimate cellar door dining experience; a 5 course Degustation menu and drink pairing.
Our special guest chef Clint Ball and the Dacelo team have developed a Native inspired menu, featuring some of Dacelo's best spirits within the cooking process! Of course, paired perfectly with Dacelo's spirits or selected wines.
1. Australian style fresh Tasmanian Salmon Gravlax, infused with Dacelo's Blue-Winged gin and dried citrus botanicals. Accompanied with citrus salad drizzled with crème fraiche.
2. Chicken tenderloins coated in a coconut crumb with Dacelo’s Shovel-billed gin infused pineapple and green curry sauce.
3. Yajambee Farm's Petite beef shoulder seasoned in sea salt and pepper berry, served on herbed pearl couscous, with Dacelo's smoked barrel, cinnamon myrtle & rosella vodka hollandaise sauce.
4. Dacelo's White Leucistic creamy gin pasta with local Suncoast Fresh bush tomatoes, native thyme, mushroom, and old man saltbush.
5. Native River mint, pistachio nut, and Dacelo's Gumbi Gumbi Gin sorbet, or Dacelo's delicious Native Limoncello cheesecake.
18+ only event.
Vegetarian and Gluten free options available. Unfortunately, no vegan or lactose free option available.
Vegetarian substitutes into degustation menu:
1. Local Suncoast Fresh roasted pumpkin.
2. Tofu.
3. Mount Coolum's Eat Clean Mate Tempe.
