Dads Motorbike Ride
Event description
The Guardians are a group of bikers that are committed to putting a smile on kid’s faces. We are all about family, and will do what we can to make sure any child knows not only how important they are, but that they are not alone.
The Guardians, in conjunction with Women’s Health and Wellbeing Services (WHWS) are putting together a fundraising ride and family day to raise funds for Dad’s mental health. New dads, single dads, dads going through custody, step dads, grandads, uncles, foster dads… Any male role model that is part of, and enriching, their children’s lives deserves to be supported and helped. A mentally healthy dad equals a mentally healthy man, which is the kind of environment that helps a child thrive. You don't have to be a Dad to ride, anyone with a bike and a license are welcome to join the ride.
We will meet at 9.30am, then head off for the ride at 10.00am and be back for 11am, where there will be a family fun day set up. BBQ, games, raffles, it's guaranteed to be fun for everyone. Kids and other adults are welcome at the Fun Day.

COST: $10 for riders. FREE for kids and adults attending the fun day.
Gold coin donation for a sausage sizzle, with all donations going back to our men's programs at WHWS.
