How many times have you thought about starting a meditation practice?

Maybe you’ve even tried, just to drop off after a couple days, a week even.

To keep a consistent practice is not easy. With so much filling our waking moments, it can feel hard to find the time.

Or maybe you got discouraged that you weren’t “doing it right?” Upset that you can’t shut the thoughts off for even a minute or two.

This is all so normal, and it’s part of the process.

Here’s the thing: It feels really great to achieve a goal and start a new habit. But so many of us can’t quite get there.

That’s where accountability comes in. Keeping yourself accountable for your goal to other people will make shit happen.


Enter Daily Devotion, a 30 day meditation accountability group.

We meet weekly on Wednesdays at 8:30AM where I will guide you through a meditation. 

If you want to rise and greet the day in person, or if you can only make it out of your bed, there’s room for you. Head down to Flow State or meet us on Zoom.

Throughout the week you can meditate on your own, or join us in the daily Zoom room to meditate together.

$44 provides access to each weekly meetup, a daily Zoom room, and 3 guided meditations.
