Damask rose water distilling workshop

Delivered by Utako and Anthony from Samaria Rose Farm, snap the chance to feel and smell baskets full of gloriously fragrant petals from the in-season Damask roses which will be picked that very morning. Witness the delicate petals transforming into exquisite rose water hydrosol in a traditional Ukrainian copper still. Enjoy the heady scent and experience the magic of this ancient art. 

All guests will get hands on & load the still petals from the freshly harvested roses from Samaria rose farm.

While the still does the hard work, we will serve a farm made afternoon tea in the black barn and take a wander through the sleepy gardens which will only just be waking up in the chilly hills of Stanley. 

All guests will receive 30ml rose water hydrating facial mist to take home.
