Dance Fitness & Coffee w/ the girls💓

Join the girls for a fun morning of Turn Up Dance Fitness with the girls, followed by yummy coffee & pastries at Hola Coffee! Our event will take place outdoors & in the Hola Parking lot, so we can soak the sunnn!!✨💓😉

What is Turn Up Dance Fitness?

This class is designed to inspire YOU to move unapologetically, loudly, & have fun in community! Turn Up is a dance fitness format that delivers energetic HIIT cardio training by combining dance with traditional fitness movement. You will feel the sweat while dancing to upbeat top hits, while following along to hip hop choreography, and turning all the way up w/ the girls!!

There are four categories in a Turn Up playlist: Work (HIIT), Shake (Medium Intensity - Dance Focus), Flex (Toning Focus), Slay (Active Recovery). We don't set limits in this class - we challenge ourselves and push PAST them! If you love working out in a fun way, this is the right class for you!✨💓

Class will begin no later than 10:15 AM, so plan accordingly!

What to bring:

• Comfy, cute clothes you can move in!

• Water bottle

• Optional: Sweat Towel & SPF!

Kiana Paulson, who will be leading the class, is an INCREDIBLE fitness instructor based in the Twin Cities & currently an ambassador for Lululemon.
