Set Your 2025 Intentions with Ceremonial Cacao & Dance 🌟
As we prepare to welcome a new year, let’s gather for a special DANCEmandala session to reflect, connect, and set powerful intentions for 2025.
Join me on Saturday, 28th December, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm for a magical afternoon of ceremonial cacao and dance meditation.
🌱 Why Cacao?
Ceremonial cacao is a sacred plant medicine with heart-opening properties that helps us connect deeply with our inner wisdom. It brings us into the heart space and activates the energy centres, allowing us to set intentions with "full power"—clear, aligned, and deeply meaningful.
For this event, I’ll prepare the cacao using 100% pure, organic whole bean, heirloom cacao chuncho from Peru, water, coconut milk and a touch of natural sweetener for a smooth, nourishing drink.
💃 Why Dance?
DANCEmandala is a beautiful practice of surrender and release. Through movement, we let go of what no longer serves us and create space for new possibilities to unfold. In this session, we will dance the Spirit Spiral of the DANCEmandala map, allowing freedom of expression and space for clarity and inspiration to emerge.
🌟 Why Intentions Matter
Setting holistic intentions is more than making resolutions—it’s about aligning your body, mind, and spirit with what truly matters to you. Intentions that come from a heart-centered space hold the power to guide your actions, shape your experiences, and anchor you through life’s ebbs and flows. By combining cacao and dance, you’ll tap into a deeper sense of clarity, allowing your intentions to emerge with authenticity and purpose.
✨ When cacao and dance come together, beautiful things happen.
We’ll begin promptly at 4:00 pm, so please arrive by 3:45 pm to settle in.
- We’ll open the session with a circle and guided cacao practice, using the cacao to support our intention-setting.
- From there, we’ll flow into the dance meditation, exploring the Spirit Spiral with movement guided by intuition and presence.
Cost:
- Dance + Ceremonial Cacao: $50
- Dance Only (Includes Ceremony Without Cacao): $35
