#DANCEITOUT – Your time for self-expression and reconnection.

Throughout daily life we collect a lot of different tensions. Tension in our body and mind. We contract muscles without releasing, hold tensions and quite often we even hold our breath in a stressful situation.

At DANCE IT OUT we will shake off what is stuck in our bodies.

We breath, meditate and move together. It's all about being happy, healthy and free.

▲ BREATHE: With a led pranayama (breathing) practice we refill our bodies with the good stuff: Oxygen! Oxygen repairs our cells, feeds our brains, contracts our muscles and even calms our nervous system. Breathing is our body's chief cleansing tool.

▲ MEDITATE: In a meditation practice we produce a balanced and deep state of focus and relaxation. Through meditation we have the tool to silence our monkey mind, go in a deep connection with ourselves and have the rare opportunity to simply be & receive. 

▲ MOVE: Movement is flow. And flow means being alive. Life is not stagnant, it's movement. Together we practice intuitive movement: We shake off what no longer serves us, we express what we feel and we bring new life energy into our body and mind!
