Dance Lounge

Dance Lounge has been born out of a desire to have a place to gather, dance and connect (that isn't going to a pub).

It has been born out of a desire to share the love of music and movement and to create a space where we can form new connections and deepen the connection to ourselves through the power and freedom of dance.

As the name says, you are invited to dance and to lounge (if you like)

What to expect:

Arrive 6:30pm - settle in, begin to arrive in the space, stretch, roll around on the floor, take a few deep breaths

6:45pm-18:15pm - Dance, this will be an unfacilitated DJ journey, a space for you to curiously explore, connect with your body and move in your own way,

Have fun and get dowwwn!

8:15-9pm - Lounge and drink tea,

Lounge around, allow your dance to integrate and connect with others if you choose.

Please bring a cushion and blanket (or something cosy) for the end of the dance.

Register in advance -$25 or $30 on the door
